After we stopped recording, Will McAllister (our guest on this week's podcast) and I got into additional conversation about his journey through various educational settings post-high school.
So I hit "record" again because I thought his message was important about keeping an open mind as youth consider a variety of options post-high school: workforce, community college, state school, and more.
Especially in our modern economy with workforce shortages in nearly every community, keeping an open mind about someone's path after graduation can open doors and provide opportunities for our youth.
